Foster Care
The American Foundation of Counseling Services Treatment Foster Care Program has been a state-licensed child-placing Agency since 1999. We provide Intensive Out-of-Home Placement for children that have been the victims of abuse or neglect or for children with delinquency issues. Our Therapists and Case Managers work in each Treatment Foster Home to provide consultation and support to the foster families, schools, and other community providers, ensuring that the children placed quickly achieve a level of stability within the foster home and community. (We currently have 16 licensed Treatment Foster Care homes. 7 of our homes are located in or around Green Bay, 4 in Shawano area, 3 North of Green Bay in the Oconto Area, 1 South of Green Bay in the Milwaukee area and 1 in Beaver Dam.)
