Marriage Prep and Services
AFCS offers relationship services that help couples who are preparing for
marriage, who may already be married, who are in cohabitating relationships and
couples over the age of 50 in enhancing their commitment to one another. AFCS
therapists utilize Prepare/Enrich, which is a reliable, valid, and widely used
inventory that helps couples increase partner awareness of both strengths and
potential growth areas, prompts discussions concerning issues vital to the
relationship, teach valuable communication and conflict resolution skills, and
may function as preventative tool to help couples become aware of important
issues before they turn into major problems. (Olson, D., 2004. Prepare/Enrich

If you are interested in this service, please call (920) 437-8256 to make an
appointment. Couples will be asked to attend at least four sessions. The first
session the couple will meet together, the second and third sessions each
partner will attend individually, and the couple will rejoin for the final
session.
